The BUILD phase covers the execution of the Product Strategy and PDLC.

Using all of the output and learnings from the FIT Phase, create a thematic Product Strategy that includes the problems and outcomes.
Planning Board
Plan the features and functionality of your product over time. Group by features, component, or other category, then plan the progression of each function.
Product Roadmap
With discovery and story mapping done, and product strategy created, start to map out the user journey and how each initiative will address each step.
