There are many factors that going into building great products. The two most important are the right people and the right framework. This is something I realized early on in my career. As I learned about Agile Methodologies like Scrum, I quickly realized this was the foundation for building great products. Scrum alone wasn’t enough, but was the best starting point.

Over the years, I’ve layered in Pragmatic Marketing, Lean/MVP, Design Thinking, Continuous Discovery, along with best practices I developed building products for both Startups and Fortune 500s. This end-to-end process and methodology improved every time I deployed it at a new organization.

The result of 20+ years of deploying and refining this process is the FIT>BUILD>LAUNCH Framework. FBL is more than a methodology, it’s an end-to-end process and framework to build great products from idea through discovery, definition, build, launch, and scale. I’ve deployed and used FBL to build and launch products at 10+ startups, as well as eBay and Amazon. It’s proven. It works!
